CommerceOS
data-signature="commerce" · recommended density comfortable
CommerceOS is an operations product: catalogs, inventory, orders, fulfilment. People live in it all day, so it favours legible density over decoration and leans on the data components.
What it leans on
- DataGrid for catalog and order management — filtering, saved views, pinned columns and inline edit are the daily tools here.
- Charts for sales and stock trends, on the commerce chart palette.
- App shell — AppHeader with a persistent Sidebar is the standard frame.
- StatusPipeline for order lifecycle.
Character
Workmanlike and quick. The accent carries the few real calls to action — create, publish, fulfil — and everything else stays neutral so the data reads. Comfortable density keeps long sessions easy without wasting space.
Watch for
- Resist decorating dashboards. A commerce operator wants the number and the trend, not a flourish.
- Keep destructive actions (cancel order, delete SKU) behind confirmation and out of the default button slot.
Live screens
Real, interactive reference screens built entirely from Prism — tokens, components and the commerce signature. Use the controls to re-skin them live.
Admin dashboard
Store admin overview — KPI metric row, a 30-day revenue chart, top products and a recent-orders table. Built from Prism tokens, cards, badges and buttons; data-signature=commerce tints the accent.
