HospitalityOS
data-signature="hospitality" · recommended density comfortable
HospitalityOS meets guests on property — check-in, room controls, room service, check-out — frequently on shared or in-room screens. Its amber signature is warm and inviting, and because amber is light, its on-accent text runs dark for contrast (handled by the signature).
What it leans on
- Guest task screens — check-in, check-out and folio, room service ordering, room controls for lights, climate and blinds.
- MediaHero and HeroCard for a warm, photographic welcome.
- TV / cinema kit where the experience runs on an in-room television.
- TVLanguageSelector and clear localisation, since guests arrive from everywhere.
Character
Warm and effortless. A guest is not a trained operator; tasks are large-target, few-step, and forgiving. On a shared device, nothing persists private data without intent.
Watch for
- Large hit targets and obvious primary actions — these screens are used standing, in passing, sometimes on a remote.
- Strong localisation. Offer language early and format dates, currency and numerals to the guest's locale.
- Shared-device hygiene: clear session boundaries, no lingering personal information.
Live screens
Real, interactive reference screens built entirely from Prism — tokens, components and the hospitality signature. Use the controls to re-skin them live.
Check-in
Hotel TV arrival / check-in confirmation — reservation summary, one-press confirm that issues a digital room key with QR handoff, all remote-driven.
Check-out
Express checkout on hotel TV — an itemized folio with running total, a live late-checkout add-on, payment summary, and a one-press checkout that confirms and emails the receipt.
Guest Room Home
In-room hotel TV welcome screen — personalized greeting, stay services, dining and tonight's picks, all remote-driven by the Prism TV focus engine.
Room Controls
In-room smart controls for hotel TV — lights with brightness, climate setpoint, blinds, room scenes and a do-not-disturb door sign, all live and remote-driven.
Room Service
In-room dining ordering screen for hotel TV — a menu grid with live cart, quantity controls and order summary, all remote-driven by the Prism TV focus engine.
Welcome & Language
First power-on hotel TV welcome — a cinematic greeting and a large-target language grid, remote-driven. The natural entry point before Guest Room Home.
